We're looking for an experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing department. Someone who can build up a strong team, keep us survey-ready, and hold the standard of care our community counts on.
What you bring:

Active RN license in Wisconsin
</li>
<li>
Nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
</li>
<li>
Working knowledge of state and CMS regulations, QAPI, and the survey process
</li>
