We’re looking for a Fitness Equipment Senior Project Manager to join our Facilities & Equipment team — someone who thrives on operational excellence, loves problem solving, and wants to play a key role in building and maintaining top-tier fitness spaces across all regions.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll partner with the Director of Fitness Equipment to manage new builds, capital projects, installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance of fitness equipment across our clubs. You’ll ensure everything meets our quality standards, stays on budget, and is delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage fitness equipment special projects, installations, and maintenance programs across multiple \t lcations
• Plan and execute project timelines, equipment ordering, and vendor coordination
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program integrated with ServiceChannel
• Oversee equipment repairs and ensure adherence to company standards and cost goals
• Support and mentor fitness equipment technicians and help manage day-to-day operations in the Director’s
absence
• Communicate project updates, timelines, and issues to internal stakeholders and vendors
• Perform hands-on equipment maintenance and repairs as needed
• Stay current on fitness equipment technology and maintain certifications with major manufacturers
What We’re Looking For
• 7+ years of experience in fitness equipment maintenance, project management, or facilities operations
• High level of technical and mechanical expertise with modern and legacy fitness equipment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service mentality with a commitment to quality and safety
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel regionally
Bonus Qualifications
• Experience managing vendor relationships and capital projects
• Technical certifications from major fitness equipment manufacturers
• Prior experience working in multi-site operations
