Leasing Agent
The Leasing Agent delivers a hospitality-focused leasing experience while supporting daily operations at a residential community. This role combines sales, customer service, and relationship-building to attract prospects, convert leases, and support resident satisfaction. Leasing Agents represent both the property and Stratton Amenities with professionalism and a strong service mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Lease apartment homes and support occupancy and renewal goals
- Deliver a high-quality, service-driven experience for prospects and residents
- Conduct professional property tours and showcase apartments and amenities
- Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries and follow up with prospects
- Prepare and process lease documents accurately and on time
- Maintain knowledge of floor plans, pricing, availability, and local market conditions
- Enter and maintain accurate leasing and prospect data in property management systems
- Partner with on-site property management and maintenance teams
- Assist with resident events, move-ins, and community engagement efforts
- Address resident questions or concerns and ensure timely follow-through
- Support basic administrative and reporting tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in leasing, hospitality, retail sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented with the ability to confidently close leases
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Comfortable using computers and property management software
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required

Schedule
- Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
- Schedule may include weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and tour the property regularly
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Pay: $20/hr
