We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to join a modern, highly automated manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical skills who wants to grow into electrical and automation work.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment to keep production running
- Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
- Work on hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and gear systems
- Support PLC troubleshooting and automated equipment (training provided)
- Assist with basic electrical repairs and diagnostics
- Maintain and service high-pressure boiler systems
- Complete work orders and document maintenance activities
- Perform light welding and fabrication as needed
- Work closely with production teams to reduce downtime
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Maintenance Technician, Mechanic, or similar role
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
- Preventative maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Basic electrical knowledge (willingness to learn more)
- Exposure to PLCs, conveyors, or automated equipment
- Ability to work 2nd shift and every other Saturday
Preferred (Not Required)
- 2B Boiler License
- Welding or fabrication experience
- Experience in a highly automated manufacturing facility
- Electrical maintenance experience
Pay & Benefits
- Monthly bonus: 15%–21% of monthly earnings
- Typically adds $1,000–$2,000+ per month
- Equivalent to +$5–$10/hour on top of base pay
