We’re looking for a Technical Support Representative with experience in electrical, automation, electronics, fluid power, HVAC, or mechatronics — you don’t need all of them, but you should be eager to learn more.

At Amatrol, you'll use your technical expertise to:

• Provide phone-based troubleshooting support to customers using Amatrol training systems across the country.
• Install and commission new systems at customer sites — giving learners the tools to build real-world skills.
• Work directly with our in-house manufacturing team to solve equipment issues and improve performance.
• Support product testing and continuous improvement as we expand and innovate.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Ability to troubleshoot industrial electrical or electronic components (training or hands-on experience).
• Familiarity with at least one of the following: PLCs, robotics, electrical/electronics, HVAC/R, pneumatics, hydraulics, or automation systems.
• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent real-world experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% annually.
• Clear, confident communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
