ICAM/IAM Engineer Full-Time (On-Site)
We're looking for a skilled ICAM/IAM Engineer to join our team and support the ongoing development and maintenance of our prototype network. This role includes daily building and configuring new software connections, configuring software installations, system maintenance, and optimization within a diverse, multi-vendor, multi-platform environment.
Location:
100% on-site in Columbia MD.
Secret Clearance Required
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of relevant industry experience.
Bachelors degree or equivalent additional work experience.
Ability to independently address complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated expertise with:
o Single Sign-On (SSO)
o Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
o Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
o Privileged Access Management (PAM)
o Identity, Credential & Access Management (ICAM)
Responsibilities:
Provide engineering support for the implementation and operation of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Management tools.
Analyze user requirements and develop effective solutions aligned with system objectives and needs.
Implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks, including policies, business processes, and related technologies.
Configure and administer IAM systems, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Lifecycle Management (provisioning and deprovisioning).
Install, configure, and manage technologies such as Centrify, ADFS, VMware Workspace ONE, Okta, Ping Identity, Delinea, MFA tools, and SailPoint.
Maintain familiarity with data security tools including Fortra (Titus), Boldon James, and related solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Specific experience with Ping Identity and Delinea technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a dynamic laboratory environment integrating emerging technologies
