Schedule: Tuesday – Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Licensed Practical Nurse Job Summary Key Personnel is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented LPN to assist with resident medical assessments and documentation at a senior living facility. The ideal candidate will have experience using PointClickCare (PCC), strong clinical documentation skills, and a passion for supporting the health and well-being of senior residents.
Licensed Practical Nurse Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with resident medical assessments and health evaluations.
- Document assessment findings, medical information, and resident updates in PointClickCare.
- Review resident records to ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
- Monitor resident health information and communicate concerns to appropriate clinical staff.
- Assist with maintaining accurate medical records and assessment documentation.
- Follow facility policies, clinical procedures, and applicable healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and facility management to support resident care.
Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Previous experience using PointClickCare (PCC) required.
- Experience in a senior living, assisted living, or long-term care facility preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage documentation deadlines.
- Professional communication skills and a compassionate approach to resident care.
