Join our team as a Welder, where you will be responsible for welding metal parts together using MIG or TIG welding equipment. You will adjust the welder for the type and gauge of material to be welded, following the recommended settings, and ensure adherence to drawing specifications for welding position and specifications of welds.
Responsibilities
- Weld metal parts together per print specifications, utilizing MIG or TIG welding equipment.
- Perform spot welding as required.
- Adjust welding equipment for different types and gauges of material based on recommended settings.
- Follow technical drawings to determine welding positions and specifications of welds.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Experience in welding and assembling metal parts in production.

- Strong attention to detail and precision in welding tasks.
- Capability to work independently and follow technical instructions.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Palmyra, MO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
