Be the First Face of a Growing Manufacturing Team – Front Desk Admin Opportunity in North Houston!
Are you organized, personable, and ready to be the welcoming face of a respected North Houston manufacturing company? We’re hiring a Front Desk Admin who will also provide administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Job Highlights:

Pay: $16–$18/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Location: North Houston, TX

Environment: Professional manufacturing office setting

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors and employees in a friendly, professional manner

Answer and direct incoming calls

Perform general clerical and administrative duties (filing, data entry, scheduling, etc.)

Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries

Provide support to office staff and management as needed
Requirements:

Previous receptionist or office administrative experience preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment
