Prior bakery experience REQUIRED. (Must have baking experience on resume. Baking at home does not meet requirement for this job.)

Must be reliable, responsible and self motivated. (Reliable transportation is a must)

Must be able to work well with others and follow directions.

Must have basic understanding of algebraic equations. (Addition, subtraction, maybe even some multiplication on busy days!)

Must have reliable transportation and availability between 9:00am and 6:00pm M-W-TH-F-SUN

Duties include:

Preparing work surfaces for bread production. (Wiping tables, flouring boards, spraying pans, moving pans from stack to table.)

Handling of bread products (placing raw dough products on pans or boards as they are dispensed from machines, safely inserting raw dough into sheeter machines to stretch dough) and usage of bakery machinery (Sheeters, mixers, bread slicers, ovens, bagging machines).

Those allergic to any type of wheat products should not apply

Occasional lifting of 25+lb objects.

Cleaning of work area and equipment.
