The candidate will use organizational and leadership skills, interfacing directly with a cross-functional team of production staff, engineering, and quality to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products for our customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, unload, store, and deliver all materials/products and track actions by using an ERP system.
- Create and maintain Purchase orders.
- Provide sales inventory management support to the distributors, hospitals, clinics, physicians, and internal customers.
- Invoice of orders, supporting customer services and providing support to management of material control.
- Keep accurate records of receipts and shipments while highlighting any product handling issues.
- Maintain product inventory complying with FDA and FIFO standards.
- Work closely with managers and other co-workers from internal departments providing logistical support for company conferences or other company events.
- Manage database records.
- Other projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications: Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
(Minimum requirements)
- High School or higher
- Forklift Certification
- Warehouse/office environment experience
- Must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 75 pounds and heavier weights with the proper equipment (ex, pallet jack)
