Il Mito in Wauwatosa, WI is looking for one bartender to join our strong team. We are located on 6913 W North Ave. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Well aware-of time management and attention distribution between bar customers and dinning room servers.
- Interact with customers, taking food orders
- Assess customer's needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Capable of carrying beer, wine and ice
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a fine-dining bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixology
- Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
