Join our client's dynamic team as a Commercial Driver's License A Truck Driver and take charge of delivering freight efficiently and safely across diverse routes. This is a full-time position with benefits. We also offer a $1,000 sign-on Bonus!!!

What You'll Do

• Transport crane components, heavy equipment, and oversized machinery using a variety of trailers, including flatbeds, step decks, lowboys, drop decks, double drops, RGNs, and other open-deck trailers.
• Safely load, secure, transport, and unload equipment in accordance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Assist with crane assembly/disassembly, rigging, and machinery moving projects as needed.
• Work closely with crane operators, riggers, and field crews to ensure safe and efficient job execution.
• Perform proper load securement and conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Operate in a variety of jobsite environments, both indoors and outdoors.
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Experience hauling heavy equipment and oversized loads using flatbeds, step decks, lowboys, drop decks, double drops, RGNs, and other open-deck trailers.
• Knowledge of load securement practices and DOT regulations.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Safety-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to travel overnight when required. While most work is local, occasional overnight travel is necessary.
• Must reside within 45 minutes of our Greensboro, NC yard.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the crane, rigging, heavy haul, or construction industries.
• Familiarity with crane assembly/disassembly and rigging operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
