Qualifications:

At least 1-year of experience as an&nbsp;LPN
</li>
<li>
Active&nbsp;LPN&nbsp;license in New York
</li>
<li>
Active BLS/CPR certification
</li>
<li>
Current vaccines/Immunizations (TB Test, Physical, MMR/Varicella - if not, the tests will be scheduled for you post-offer)
</li>
<li>
2 professional references
</li>

Must have a clean background
