Each week, we purchase truckloads of overstock merchandise from some of the largest online retailers across America. That means thousands of different items arrive weekly, creating a constantly changing and exciting shopping environment.
Our "everything must go" pricing model sets us apart. Prices start at $10 on Fridays and decrease every day until items reach just $0.25 on Thursdays. This descending pricing structure ensures all bins are emptied completely so they can be fully restocked with brand-new merchandise each week. No two visits are ever the same, and customers love the thrill of the hunt.

The Role
The Retail Store Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of store operations, team performance, and customer experience at a Where Ya Bin location. This is a hands-on, client-facing leadership role that requires strong operational discipline, people leadership, and consistent accountability to company standards.
You'll oversee daily operations, coach and develop team members, and ensure the store runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You'll also serve as the primary example of professionalism, energy, and customer engagement on the sales floor.
This role is responsible for leading day-to-day store operations while ensuring company policies and procedures are consistently followed. The manager maintains a visible, hands-on presence on the sales floor, supporting staff, assisting customers, and ensuring all bins are properly cleaned, stocked, and staged to company standards. Responsibilities include creating schedules, approving timesheets, managing payroll submissions, maintaining accurate employee records, and completing reports and marketing deliverables on time. The role also emphasizes fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork, maintaining store safety, cleanliness, and equipment functionality, proactively addressing maintenance needs, and adapting quickly to changing conditions while communicating clearly with the team.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate has proven experience in retail management or multi-unit leadership, with strong operational and organizational skills and a high attention to detail. They are comfortable managing schedules, labor budgets, and payroll, working hands-on in a physically active sales-floor environment, and collaborating effectively with HR, Logistics, Marketing, and Senior Leadership. They demonstrate strong communication and leadership abilities, are proficient with scheduling systems, reporting tools, and basic computer applications, and are willing to work required hours including weekends. A willingness to learn, grow, and uphold company standards in a fast-paced organization is essential.
