We are looking for an energetic and highly collaborative Data Analyst to own implementation analyses, develop client insights, and inform ongoing R&D activity. You will be tasked with overseeing the development of new databases, monitoring database performance and interpreting raw data and turning it into usable feedback and applications; Define what all the numbers and patterns mean and communicate the findings in layman's terms.
This role is remote though some travel may be required based on client and internal needs (<10%).

-Work with the Delivery team to collect necessary data and perform analyses to support implementation of Tomorrow, TeamBuilder’s prescriptive recommendation engine.
-Research and develop insights for clients through TeamBuilder utilization and operational patterns.
-Scope, develop, and maintain client and internal dashboards.
-Work with Product, Engineering, and Customer Operations to improve client experience.
-Prepare and deliver reports of findings to leadership.
-Ad hoc data or analytical projects, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
-Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, mathematics, analytics, or similar field
-Some healthcare provider experience preferred
-3+ years of experience developing and answering questions with data
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail
-Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R
-Experience with Looker
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
-Experience developing complex data models is a plus
