The Opportunity
We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Store Manager who loves to win and build great teams! Wild Water Carwash is hiring a Store Manager to drive membership growth, lead a high-performing team, and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient site!
What You’ll Do
- Own site performance (revenue, membership growth, labor utilization, and expense targets)
- Grow Unlimited Wash Club memberships through hands-on selling and team coaching
- Recruit, train, schedule, and develop a strong team
- Maintain site standards (tunnel, vacuums, equipment, grounds, and appearance)
- Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with safety, maintenance, and customer service expectations
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in a Store Manager or multi-unit leadership role (car wash, QSR, retail, hospitality)
- Experience in driving strong business results, focused on recurring-revenue programs or membership sales (carwash membership experience is a plus)
- Comfortable reading P&L statements and driving results
- Hands-on leader able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays when the business needs you most
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the site for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain
- Occasionally required to lift, carry, or move up to 50 lbs.
