Join a high-need and established primary care clinic amongst the Greater Orlando, Florida area, where you can make a real difference in the lives of seniors (65+). Seeking physicians who are passionate about quality care, prevention, and building meaningful patient relationships. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred to connect deeply with the community. Position Highlights
- Outpatient primary care exclusively for seniors aged 65 and older
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a dedicated lunch hour
- Expected daily patient volume of 10 to 15
- Quality-driven care model without RVU or fee-for-service pressure
- IM, FM, or Geriatrics specialties accepted
- FM physicians should be comfortable treating a senior-only panel
- Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary and 100K+ bonus potential available based on quality and outcomes
- Sign-on bonus
- W2 employed model with comprehensive benefits package
- Malpractice coverage, licensure support, renewal fees, and four weeks of PTO
- Bonus structure may be used toward student loan repayment
- Flexible contract structure with a three-year term and only 30-day notice requirement
Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in IM, FM, or Geriatrics
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Bilingual (Spanish) required to serve the local community, encouraged to still apply for other nearby positions if interested
- Experience working with or strong interest in caring for seniors
- Strong commitment to value-based, patient-first care
- Solid documentation skills and comfort with technology-driven workflows
- New graduates welcome with demonstrated alignment to senior-focused care
