We are currently seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at a busy multifamily community! If you have strong maintenance skills, take pride in your work, and are ready to start ASAP, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications:
• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• EPA Certification required
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience preferred
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and make readies
• Ability to complete work orders in a timely manner
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities:
• Complete service requests and work orders
• Perform apartment make readies and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues
• Repair appliances, fixtures, doors, and basic sheetrock damage
• Maintain community grounds and ensure property upkeep
• Assist with emergency maintenance needs when necessary
