Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $45.00 – $55.00 per flat rate billable hour (based on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Automotive Technician with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience. This is not an entry-level role. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow within a professional, team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections
- Accurately identify mechanical and electrical issues
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Use shop software and computer systems for diagnostics and documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of automotive technician experience (required)
- Clean driving record (required)
- Reliable transportation to and from work (required)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
