- Customer Engagement & Solution Design
- Collaborate with customers to understand their workflows, pain points, and technical requirements.
- Design and architect CrewAI-powered agent teams, assigning specialized roles and workflows tailored to client needs.
- Lead discovery sprints to map business logic, edge cases, and operational dependencies.
- Deployment & Implementation
- Deploy, configure, and optimize CrewAI-based multi-agent systems in production environments.
- Develop and integrate custom agents, tools, and processes using Python and CrewAI’s open-source libraries.
- Ensure robust, scalable, and secure deployments on client infrastructure or cloud platforms.
- Workflow Orchestration & Collaboration
- Build and manage complex, role-based agent workflows, leveraging CrewAI’s hierarchical and process-driven architecture.
- Implement human-in-the-loop and autonomous decision-making as required by the use case.
- Continuously refine agent collaboration patterns to maximize efficiency and reduce errors.
- Technical Leadership & Enablement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client engineering and business teams, providing technical guidance and CrewAI best practices.
- Deliver training, documentation, and support to empower client teams for ongoing success.
- Gather feedback and collaborate with internal product teams to inform CrewAI roadmap and feature development.
- Continuous Improvement
- Monitor deployed solutions for performance, reliability, and business value.
- Rapidly iterate on agent roles, workflows, and integrations to adapt to evolving client needs.
- Contribute to CrewAI’s open-source community through code, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Technical Expertise
- Strong Python development skills; experience with AI agent frameworks (CrewAI, LangChain, etc.).
- Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., GPT-3/4, open-source models), API integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience architecting and deploying production-grade AI or data systems.
- Consultative Mindset
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills; able to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Experience working directly with customers in a technical or consulting capacity.
- Process & Collaboration
- Knowledge of workflow orchestration, multi-agent systems, or distributed computing.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
