About the Opportunity -
We are seeking a Receptionist to join our True-Chem Team! This roll is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to person in a collaborative environment. A positive attitude and ability to resolve customer issues are important.
Key Responsibilities -
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls
- Manage the reception area, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace and managing visitors
- Support in HR basics; new hire onboarding and other functions
- Support in accounting and inventory functions; processing and accurately recording transactions
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, copying and scanning documents
- Provide general support to office staff and assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications -
- 2+ years experience in an administrative, office support, or coordination role
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a requirement.
- Advanced knowledge in Quickbooks
- Familiar with Excel and Microsoft Word, and Outlook
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent communicator with strong mathematical skills and a commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable and willing to take on tasks throughout the day without being informed of what needs to be done
