Manufacturing Scheduling Coordinator

Location: Beverly, MA 01915
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 1st Shift
Job Type: Onsite

About the Opportunity

We're looking for a detail-oriented Manufacturing Scheduling Coordinator to support production planning and scheduling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with production planning experience who enjoys working with ERP systems, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring products are delivered on time.

You'll work closely with Operations, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to keep production running smoothly while maintaining accurate schedules and delivery commitments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer demand and delivery goals
• Release and manage work orders using an ERP system
• Monitor production schedules and forecast capacity needs
• Update purchase orders, sales orders, and delivery dates
• Track production backlogs and shipping status
• Expedite high-priority and overdue orders with suppliers
• Communicate production and order status with Customer Service
• Collaborate with Operations to resolve scheduling challenges
• Support additional planning and scheduling activities as needed

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required
• 3+ years of production planning or manufacturing scheduling experience
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
