Your Role
As a Floral Support Assistant, you will support our floral designers and our delivery team in all parts of the processes. Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with floral arrangement preparation, including flower prep, arranging, and packaging arrangements for delivery.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Processing incoming flower shipments to ensure freshness and quality.
- Customer service, getting an initial understanding of walk in customers and customers calling in to make orders.
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure every experience at Schaaf Floral is exceptional.

Qualifications:
- Previous floral or retail experience is a plus, but not required well train the right person!
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform light physical tasks (e.g., lifting up to 20 lbs).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed during the busy season.
