Monterrey Tile, a leader in the tile and stone industry. We are currently looking for Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Tolleson, AZ.

Essential Job Duties:
<ul>
<li>Professional and positive customer service-driven approach</li>
<li>Take credit card and cash payments</li>
<li>Answer customer questions about materials, products, &amp; services</li>
<li>Process customer sales with prompt and courteous customer service</li>
<li>Follow up with customers in regards to their orders and account</li>
<li>A strong work ethic, with a willingness to be flexible and do whatever it takes to get the job done.</li>
<li>Also performs Warehouse duties </li>
</ul>
Required Skills:
<ul>
<li>High School Graduate/GED</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 50lbs</li>
<li>Must pass felony background check</li>
<li>Computer and email skills </li>
<li>Well organized, plans effectively and prioritizes time according to what matters most</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>A positive upbeat personality who focuses on opportunities rather than obstacles</li>
<li>Ability to manage Outlook appointments and respond to emails in a timely manner</li>
</ul>
Day shift: Monday – Friday, rotates Saturdays
