Community Living and Support. We are seeking Male personnel in the Winston-Salem, Forsyth County area. Someone who can connect with a young man with Developmental Disabilities. This candidate will help him learn and practice new skills, and improve upon existing skills, related to the following: interpersonal, independent living, community living, self-care, and self-determination. In conjunction to new skill acquisition, you will provide supervision and assistance for the individual to complete an activity to their level of independence: assistance in monitoring a health condition, nutrition or physical condition incidental supervision, and daily living skills. Reliable transportation, background check, and a valid driver's license are required.
