- Guide clients through showings, listing appointments, negotiations, and closings

- Utilize Century 21’s tech suite, CRM, and national platforms to grow your business
- Stay current on local market conditions, pricing trends, and real estate laws
- Deliver exceptional client service and build lifelong relationships

Requirements:
- Active Louisiana Real Estate License (or in progress) preferred, but we can assist you in obtaining your license.
- Coachable, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help people
- Strong interpersonal, time-management, and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a willingness to attend in-person appointments
- Familiarity with the New Orleans area is a plus
