Job DescriptionCompany in the Cremation Services industry is looking to Front Desk Office Coordinator's

**MUST BE OKAY WORKING IN THIS SYMPATHY AND EMPATHY DRIVEN ENVIORNMENT**

If someone has previous funeral or cremation experience it is a plus but NOT required.

This position requires a strong front desk, office administration, operations and/or customer service background, with an ability to work calmly under pressure and multitask.

Work Hours: 8:30am - 5pm
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Dress Code: Business casual attire

Job Description:
Order supplies as needed, keep preneed forms and office supplies stocked. Process incoming and outgoing mail; UPS. Answering phones, scheduling appointments, make daily schedules, logs and lists. Transfer calls to correct department when families call in. Filing, faxing, printing, scanning and photocopying paperwork. Provides information associated with services and products courteously and in a polite manner. Customer service over the phone, in person and via email. Collecting information, taking messages and directing customers accordingly. Perform data entry of client intake information. Monitor and maintain office equipment. Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness. Prepare correspondence and documents. Receive and sort mail and deliveries. Control inventory relevant to reception area. Tidy and maintain the reception area.
