Job Title: Engineering Lead (Senior)

Location: Linthicum, MD (Hybrid)
Rate: Depends on experience
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Engineering Lead to manage technical teams and drive engineering projects from conception through implementation. This role requires expertise in project leadership, product design reviews, and collaboration across business and technical units. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in team management, strategic planning, and delivering complex engineering solutions in a government or large-scale environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate engineering projects from planning through implementation.
- Manage, mentor, and develop engineering teams to improve performance.
- Review and approve product designs and technical changes.
- Work with other departments to align engineering with business objectives.
- Implement process improvements and training programs to enhance productivity.
- Provide technical leadership in solving complex engineering problems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
- 4+ years of progressive engineering experience with mid-to-large projects.
- 4+ years of managerial experience in an engineering environment.
- Experience with quality control, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic planning.
