Overview:
The Shift Leader supports SSLs by working 25–30 hours per week and stepping in as their backup. This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to take on more responsibility, grow their leadership skills, and keep the shift running smoothly when SSLs are unavailable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support SSLs in leading the shift and managing team members.
- Ensure team members follow company policies and service standards.
- Assist with training new hires and reinforcing procedures.
- Handle basic shift responsibilities including cash handling and service recovery.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and guest-focused environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or fast-paced environment preferred.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Dependable, with flexible availability.
- Ready to grow into a leadership role.
