Our fast growing team has lots of leads! We need sales agents to help us handle those leads. We provide a comprehensive training program as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support. Compensation:
$65,000 - $105,000
Responsibilities:
- Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
- Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home

- Leverage your local market knowledge to guide clients through their home search and provide valuable insights about communities.
- Actively prospect and develop new leads to grow your business within the specific geographies we serve.
- Deliver top-tier service by building strong relationships with clients and becoming their trusted advisor for repeat and referral business.
- Stay in consistent contact with leads to nurture opportunities and convert them into successful sales.

- Tech savvy
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
