This contract position focuses on supporting mobile device configurations, particularly Android tablets, while ensuring seamless setup and deployment processes. The role requires adaptability, teamwork, and occasional flexibility for early or late shifts.
Responsibilities:
• Configure and deploy Android tablets and other mobile devices according to detailed instructions.
• Perform repetitive setup tasks with precision and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during deployments.
• Provide support during early morning or late evening shifts as required.
• Travel locally to deployment sites, ensuring reliable transportation is available.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues with mobile devices.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures during all tasks.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support or deployment role.
• Proficiency with Android operating systems and mobile device setup.
• Familiarity with associated hardware, computer hardware, and cable installation.
• Experience working with Dell Technologies and Apple devices.
• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including outdoor settings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
