Job Title: Core Systems Work Stream Lead
Location: Minnetonka, MN or Maple Grove, MN (Hybrid, Mon–Thurs Onsite)
We are seeking a dynamic Core Systems Work Stream Lead to play a key role at the intersection of core systems operations and high-impact mergers & acquisitions initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment where you’ll lead strategic projects, drive cross-functional collaboration, and shape the future of enterprise systems.
In this role, you will split your focus between enhancing existing core systems and guiding system-related integrations that support M&A activity. You will oversee one or two process improvement or integration projects at a time, ensuring successful delivery from kickoff through post-project reviews. Your work will involve analyzing current systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing actionable solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
You will collaborate with teams across multiple departments, supporting planning sessions, defining project requirements, managing project deliverables, and consolidating project status reports for senior leadership. You will also champion the use of project management and team collaboration tools, helping to embed best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, planning, and execution of core systems and M&A-related projects

Provide practical guidance to project teams to ensure optimal project performance

Consolidate and deliver clear, concise program-level reporting to leadership

Promote continuous improvement and support adoption of standard project management practices

Ensure all work adheres to quality system requirements and compliance standards
Qualifications
-
Experience in a regulated industry (medical device preferred)

6–8 years of experience with a BA or 4–5 years with an MBA

Strong background in project management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management technologies
This hybrid role is onsite Monday through Thursday in either Minnetonka or Maple Grove, MN.
Pay Details: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
