Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an Entry-Level R&D Lab Technician to join their team! This position is located in Indianola, Pennsylvania.

This position offers an exceptional opportunity to provide technical support across multiple concurrent project teams in a dynamic research and development environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing innovative solutions by supporting hardware testing, system troubleshooting, and upgrades throughout the product development lifecycle.


This hands-on role requires a versatile individual who can adapt to different projects while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality results. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the development and validation of advanced systems and components, ensuring compliance with established protocols while applying creative problem-solving to complex technical challenges.


Duties:

  • Support hardware testing, troubleshooting, and system upgrades across multiple project teams
  • Package systems and components for domestic and international shipping with proper handling and documentation
  • Develop solutions to technical challenges while adhering to established procedures and standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and technicians
  • Support testing activities from initial concept through verification and validation phases
  • Apply mechanical aptitude to diagnose issues and implement practical solutions
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing tasks and planning daily activities effectively

The approximate pay range for this position is between $20.00 and $26.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
