Associate Attorney 
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Experience: 1+ Years or Recently Barred in TX
 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Handle construction litigation and arbitration matters from inception through resolution</li>
<li>Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and legal briefs</li>
<li>Participate in and support trial and arbitration proceedings (including second-chair opportunities)</li>
<li>Manage large-scale, document-intensive cases</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members on case strategy and execution</li>
</ul>
 
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 – $200,000. The firm may be open to the higher end of the range for the right candidate. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
