Handyman/woman to do minor and major repairs and maintenance projects for commercial buildings.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

Painting and prep
-
Plumbing including plumbing repairs

Light electrical

Light carpentry
-
Doors & trim
-
Drywall
-
Tile
-
Furniture assembly and touch ups
-
Suite inspections and repairs
-
Light landscaping and general grounds clean-up

Power washing
-
Gutter cleaning
-
Furniture assembly (and sometimes moving)
-
Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
-
Upkeep of tools and equipment
-
Maintain inventory list of tools and equipment
-
Routine Maintenance
-
Re-keying of doors and making keys
-
Perform work on-time
-
Forklift experience
-
HVAC knowledge
Other Requirements:

Vehicle and valid driver's license

Summary
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair tasks. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, your core skills in drywall, painting, door knowledge, schematics, and HVAC systems will be vital in addressing maintenance issues. Your premium skills in electrical experience and programmable logic controllers will enhance our operational efficiency. Additionally, your relevant experience in plumbing, forklift operation, and customer service will contribute to a well-maintained environment, supporting our commitment to excellence and safety. Join us in maintaining a high standard of facility care.
