Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Substance Use/Mental Health Therapist, located in Norwood, NJ, with opportunities for some work from home. The therapist will provide counseling services focused on mental health and substance use, conduct assessments, create personalized treatment plans, and engage in family therapy sessions. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with case managers, maintaining accurate client documentation, and participating in team meetings to ensure the highest standards of care.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Treatment Planning and Case Management
- Knowledge and experience in Social Work and Mental Health practices
- Skilled in Family Therapy and counseling techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Credentialed or licensed (e.g., LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, LMHC) in New Jersey/New York
- Experience in substance use treatment and mental health counseling is highly desirable
