About The Role
We’re seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our global team to deliver outstanding service and tailored financial solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Group Consolidation across 9 different financial entities across different regions i.e. understands consolidations and group eliminations.
- Lead the month-end and quarter-end close process, including reconciliations of multiple entities or cost centers.
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and provide reporting on a monthly basis.
- Manage and mentor the Senior Accountant on daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors during annual audits and statutory filings.
- Provide management/investor reporting and updates on a monthly / quarterly basis.
- Develop SOPs and Internal Controls to ensure a high functioning finance team.
Requirements
Required Experience:
- Minimum 3–4 years supervising or mentoring accounting staff.
- Hands-on experience with financial consolidations and bookkeeping across various entities in different regions.
- Proven track record in implementing internal controls and driving process improvements.
- Practical experience with tax filing, VAT calculations, and payroll compliance.
- Prior involvement in audit preparation and auditor coordination.
Favorable Experience:
- Bookkeeping experience for Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australian entities.
- Background working in high-growth companies with limited guidance and management.
- Experience working with international companies.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ACCA or CA qualification is preferred.
Required Skills:
- Mandatory hands-on bookkeeping experience with Xero.
- Proven expertise in Group consolidation and eliminations across 9 financial entities.
- Strong account reconciliation and journal entry proficiency.
- Experience managing bookkeepers to perform accurate monthly bookkeeping and close activities.
