⚙️ NOW HIRING: Machine Operator I

$16.00 per hour | Full-Time | Manufacturing
Ready to get hands-on in a fast-paced production environment? We’re looking for reliable Machine Operators with manufacturing experience to join a growing team!
AVAILABLE SHIFT
Night Shift (Injection Mold)
Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
✔ Mechanical experience (working on cars, tools, equipment) is a BIG plus!
What You’ll Do
- Prepare machines for production (check safety & operating parameters)
- Load parts into machines
- Remove finished parts after cycle completion
- Inspect products for quality
- Repair minor defects
- Clean molds and equipment
- Ensure materials are ready for production
- Follow all safety and production procedures
You’ll be a key part of producing high-quality components in a hands-on manufacturing setting.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- MUST have manufacturing experience
- Entry-level role (training provided)
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Ability to convert weights & measurements
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow written & verbal instructions
- Mechanically inclined candidates encouraged to apply
Physical Requirements
- Lift 70+ lbs regularly
- Prolonged standing
- Frequent bending, pushing, pulling & stooping
- Work in hot summers & cold winters (non-climate controlled areas)
