We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst for a 6-month engagement with a client in Fulton, MO. In this role, you will provide Tier 1 IT support to end-users, handling a variety of technical issues in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving PCs, printers, and other office hardware.
• Provide support for Windows operating systems and Office 365 applications, ensuring smooth functionality.
• Respond quickly and professionally to IT support requests, escalating complex problems when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with clear and effective communication.
• Manage and resolve service desk tickets efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting for Active Directory and Windows 10 environments.
• Assist in familiarizing users with IT tools and systems to enhance their productivity.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent support across departments.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT help desk or desktop support.
• Proficiency in Active Directory and Windows 10 troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365 applications.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems for tracking and managing support requests.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
