JETSET Coconut Grove is looking for a confident, high-vibe instructor to lead a weekly JETSET On The Mat class—an elevated, music-driven Pilates experience designed to mirror the signature flow and intensity of our reformer classes.
Our programming is intentionally structured and seamlessly paced, combining Pilates principles with strength-based movement for a sculpting, low-impact, high-burn experience. Instructors are expected to guide clients through a continuous, beat-driven flow with strong cueing, smooth transitions, and a clear, motivating presence.
We’re looking for an instructor who brings both precision and personality—someone who can hold the room, connect with clients, and deliver a polished, on-brand experience that feels both challenging and elevated.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead 45–50 minute, music-driven mat classes following JETSET programming
Deliver intentional sequencing across core, lower body, upper body, and final burnout. - Use layered cueing and musicality to create a seamless, immersive flow
- Foster a strong, supportive, and high-energy class environment
- Collaborate with studio leadership on playlists and overall experience
You Are:
- Confident on the mic with a strong, clear coaching voice
- Musically intuitive with a great sense of timing and flow
- Detail-oriented with a passion for form, alignment, and effective programming
- Polished, professional, and aligned with a luxury boutique fitness brand
Requirements:
- Pilates, yoga, or an accredited personal training certification/equivalent experience
- Active CPR certification and liability insurance
- Prior group fitness teaching experience preferred
