Job DescriptionCivil Defense Attorney
A dynamic and growing litigation boutique law firm with a national practice is seeking confident and ambitious Associate Attorneys with 3-6 years of civil defense litigation experience for its West Hartford, Connecticut office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team of highly respected litigators who handle complex disputes across industries and jurisdictions.
About the Role
- Civil Defense Litigation: Defend clients in a wide range of matters, from complex commercial disputes to personal injury claims.
- Case Management: Take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities including client reporting, written discovery, depositions, court appearances, trial preparation, and trials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with experienced civil litigation partners in a supportive, hands-on environment.

Qualifications
- Experience: 3-6 years of civil defense litigation.
- Education: Law degree from an accredited law school.
