IntBot builds socially intelligent humanoid robots for real-world environments. Our robots are already deployed in hotels such as Marriott, at major events such as NVIDIA GTC, and at San José Mineta International Airport. As we scale, we are building the software products that allow customers, operators, and internal teams to configure, monitor, control, and understand fleets of embodied AI systems.
About the Role
We are seeking a UI/UX and Full-Stack Engineer with strong product instincts to design and build the interfaces powering our humanoid robot platform.
This is not a traditional dashboard role. You will shape how people interact with robots: how hotel staff configure guest workflows, how operators monitor live conversations, how customers understand robot performance, and how internal teams manage deployments at scale.
You will own features from early product design through implementation and deployment, working across frontend, backend, and real-time systems. The ideal candidate combines strong visual and interaction design judgment with the engineering ability to ship polished, reliable products.
What You Will Do
Design Human-Centered Robot Interfaces
- Design intuitive interfaces for configuring, monitoring, and controlling humanoid robots.
- Translate complex robotic systems into simple workflows for hotel staff, operators, deployment teams, and non-technical customers.
- Prototype new user experiences for fleet management, workflow customization, analytics, and live interaction oversight.
- Conduct lightweight user research and iterate based on feedback from real deployments.
- Establish consistent UI patterns, information architecture, and interaction standards across IntBot products.
Build Polished Frontend Products
- Develop responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Build dashboards for live robot status, transcripts, alerts, analytics, knowledge-base management, and remote control.
- Create reusable components and maintain a scalable design system.
- Turn prototypes into production-grade interfaces with strong attention to visual quality, usability, and performance.
- Work closely with product, deployment, and engineering teams to ship features rapidly.
Ship Full-Stack Features End to End
- Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and data pipelines supporting customer-facing applications.
- Develop interfaces for robot telemetry, configuration management, workflow orchestration, and operational analytics.
- Connect frontend applications with cloud services, robot runtimes, and AI agents.
- Design secure authentication, authorization, and multi-tenant platform capabilities.
- Support features from prototype through production deployment.
Support Real-Time Robot Operations
- Build real-time interfaces for live telemetry, command streaming, interaction monitoring, and remote intervention.
- Work with WebRTC, WebSockets, and event-driven systems for robot-cloud communication.
- Integrate AI capabilities such as conversational agents, multimodal perception, and contextual reasoning into user-facing products.
- Improve reliability, observability, and responsiveness for systems operating in live environments.
Qualifications Required
- Strong software engineering experience, especially in frontend-heavy or full-stack product development.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js.
- Experience building polished, production-quality web applications.
- Strong UI/UX judgment and attention to interaction details.
- Ability to turn complex technical systems into clear, intuitive user experiences.
- Experience working with APIs, backend services, and databases.
- Familiarity with Python and cloud-native systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment.
Preferred
- Experience designing and building dashboards, admin portals, analytics tools, or real-time control interfaces.
- Familiarity with Figma, reusable component libraries, and design systems.
- Experience with data visualization and information-dense operational products.
- Experience with WebRTC, WebSockets, or streaming systems.
- Familiarity with agentic AI systems, workflow automation, or multimodal applications.
- Exposure to robotics, edge-cloud systems, or real-time platforms.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and production reliability.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong product design and frontend execution.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
