  Position Summary: A Ditch Witch Parts Pro educates and serves our customers with a sense of urgency and professionalism. A Parts Pro is responsible for over the counter sales, shop sales, shipping, receiving, safety, inventory management, invoicing, purchase orders, customer education on industry and brands.

  Minimum Qualifications:

  · Parts counter experience

  · Industry knowledge is preferred

  · Understands basic components and systems of equipment, vehicles, machinery

  · Valid driver's license and clean driving record

  · Can safely lift up to 50 pounds

  · Proficient in Microsoft products

  Additional Desired Qualifications and Skills:

  · Bilingual (Spanish/English)

  · Previous experience with heavy equipment parts

  Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  · Proficient in using Microsoft products

  · Customer Service skills and experience

  · Good understanding of parts movement from procurement to sale

  Relationship to Other Positions (Organizational Structure):

  · Parts Pros are managed by the Parts Manager

  · Parts Manager works with Fixed Operations

  · Managers and Fixed Operations answers to Dealer Principals

  Essential Job Functions:

  · Attendance

  · Shipping and receiving, inventory management

  · Customer Service and professional presentation (hygiene, grooming)

  · Driving company vehicles

  · Forklift and tool safety

  · Time keeping

  · Parts lists- look up, document, turn in, and communicate using forms, verbal, and computers

  · Multi tasking

  · Answer phones and work face to face with customers

  Additional Responsibilities:

  · Maintain and clean and safe work environment compliant with OSHA guidelines and company policies

  · Provide excellent customer service by following the service process outline

  · Communicate clearly with all departments using tools provided like email, TEAMS, and in-person communications

  · Work together with other Parts Pros for enhanced learning and teamwork environment

  · Complete factory OEM training on a regular basis and as new training is made available
