Job Title: Project Executive
Locations: San Ramon, CA
Salary Rate: $180,000 - $240,000 + Bonus
We are looking for a seasoned Project Executive to lead large-scale HVAC and mechanical construction projects from early planning through final closeout. This role is central to driving operational excellence, ensuring financial success, developing high-performing teams, and strengthening client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level leadership and oversight across multiple HVAC preconstruction and construction projects
- Own full project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Support business development efforts by cultivating client relationships and identifying new opportunities
- Proactively assess and mitigate project risks while upholding safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and operational improvements
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in HVAC or mechanical construction
- Demonstrated success leading large, complex, or high-value construction projects
- Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience managing budgets and forecasts
- Deep knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and delivery methods
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
