Job DescriptionSalary: $45,000-50,000/year

The In2Great Receptionist:

  • Phone Responsibilities
  • Answer all phone callspleasantlyand direct as needed
  • Answer all questions patiently and politely
  • Check voicemail daily, return phone callswithin 24 hours of message, relay messages left on VM toappropriate people
  • IF VM is inquiring about services- fill outa newintake form with allinformationavailable from VM


  • Intakes
  • Answers phone calls in a kind,knowledgeableand diligent manner
  • Gather allinformationneeded for new patient referrals
  • Fill out thedigitalintake formin its entirety
  • Immediatelysend a messagein theINTAKESTEAMS to let the Head of Department know aboutnewintake
  • Get insuranceinforegardlessof inor out of network status.
  • Send the family the Welcome DocuSign/Email

ADDITIONAL FRONT DESK RESPONSIBILITIES:


    • Add to Intake referrals by month
    • LOMN Responsibility
    • Manage the waiting area
    • Charting for new Clients
    • Conversing with several departments and therapists
    • Web contact

    Check Web Contact Email Daily: Start your day by checking the designated email inbox where web contact inquiries are received. Make sure to do this regularly to stay on top of new inquiries.

    • Respond to Web Contact Inquiries

    Check in clients:

    • Check in all clients upon arrival
    • Alert therapist that their client arrives via teams
    • Filing
    • Assistswith filingall paperwork as necessary
    • Assistswith filing charts when necessary
    • Intake packets
    • Copy and stuff hard copies of the intake paperwork packet as needed.
