Job DescriptionAssociate Attorney – Personal Injury (Pre-Litigation)
Location: California
Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney to handle personal injury cases in a pre-litigation setting. This role focuses on high-value claims including wrongful death, catastrophic injury, prem liability, dog bites and other personal injury type cases.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a high-volume caseload from intake through settlement
- Work closely with case managers, assistants, and internal departments
- Communicate strategy and updates to clients and opposing counsel
- Attend hearings and support case resolution efforts
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop pre-litigation strategy
What We’re Looking For
- Active member of the California State Bar
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
- Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Spanish bilingual is a strong plus
