Compensation:
$45,000–$50,000 commensurate with experience
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
- Manage office technology, equipment, and supply inventory
- Serve as the main point of contact for vendors and service providers (cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, IT, etc.)
- Coordinate office events, trainings, and celebrations
- Ensure MLS updates and documentation are accurate and up to date
- Assist with new agent onboarding, orientation, and basic tech setup
- Provide ongoing administrative and tech support for agents on company tools and platforms
- Assist with processing invoices, receipts, and office expense tracking
- Support compliance by maintaining required office and agent files
- Communicate with agents regarding commission and escrow documentation when needed
- Act as a culture champion, supporting team morale and fostering a positive, collaborative office environment
- Coordinate with leadership to implement policies, procedures, and office standards
- Ensure smooth communication between agents, staff, and leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- Prior office management, administrative, or customer service experience (real estate experience preferred but not required)
- Proficiency with common office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and willingness to learn real estate platforms (CRM, e-signature, MLS systems)
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-comfortable and able to support agents with basic troubleshooting on office systems
- Experience in coordinating schedules, office vendors, events, or payroll administration (preferred)
- Positive, service-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills
