Location: Rancho Santa Margarita
Schedule: Full-Time | Mon & Fri – Work from Home (Telehealth) | Tues–Thurs Onsite, 7:00am – 4:00pm

What You’ll Do
As a Musculoskeletal Intervention Specialist (MIS), you’ll be the go-to expert for injury prevention and employee wellness. You will:
- Prevent & Manage Injuries: Deliver injury prevention programs and provide OSHA-compliant first aid care.
- Promote Health & Wellness: Lead educational sessions and support company wellness initiatives.
- Assess & Improve Workspaces: Conduct ergonomic assessments to reduce risks and boost safety.
- Support Compliance: Assist with medical surveillance programs, such as hearing conservation.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with EHS, HR, and leadership to integrate prevention into workplace culture.
- Guide Work Comp Processes: Assist stakeholders in managing workers’ compensation cases.
What You Bring
- Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), licensed or license-eligible in California
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A team-first mindset with a passion for health and well-being
Compensation
$30 – $34 per hour (commensurate with experience)
