Career Strategies is excited to partner with a well-maintained apartment community in Lima, OH (45804), and we’re looking for a dependable, skilled Maintenance Technician to join the team full-time!

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll help keep the community running smoothly by handling:
✔️ Make-readies and unit turns
✔️ Work order completion
✔️ Electrical and plumbing repairs
✔️ Appliance troubleshooting and repair
✔️ Carpentry, drywall, and painting
✔️ Groundskeeping and general clean-up
✔️ Snow removal (seasonal)
✅ What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who brings both technical skills and great customer service:
At least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience
Friendly, professional attitude
Own basic hand tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
